Pre-Party

Belle's main present from Mommy and Daddy this year was a play house for outside. We had wanted to get her a playground for the backyard but with finances being iffy we decided to go to the next best thing. She'd been wanting a playhouse for eons now anyway. Every time we'd go into Toys R Us she'd want to play in them and we'd promised that when we had a yard we'd get one.

So the plan was to set it up outside and surprise her. As fate would have it however, it SNOWED! the day before her party, with snow still being on the ground the morning of her party. We've never had snow this late in the year. Well it felt mean to show her a box and say "Here, this really cool thing is yours but you can't play with it until the weather is better." So we decided to clear out the card table downstairs and put it in the play room for now. It, thankfully is really easy to take apart and reasemble.

So we got it set up and led her down to see it. She was thrilled! It's a really cool one too. Complete with a little kitchen area, a working door bell and fountain, a hidden exit, and more. Very cool. Koo Si also loved the house and played in it with Belle.

After that Miss Suganya stoped by, she was going to come to the party but had a little family emergency that would keep her from staying, so she stoped by to say hi and give Belle a present. She gave her a little picture frame shaped like a cat. Belle loved it and drew a picture of me to put it in. :)

Now on to the party!
