Christmas Eve 2008

So the tradition is that everyone gets to open a gift on Christmas Eve. Belle knew this and therefore asked if she could open hers every hour or so. :) Finally in the evening we let her. We picked one we knew she'd like but also wouldn't make her want to stay up to terribly late.

We got this while at Disneyland. It was all the villains plus Mickey in his Fantasia outfit. She loved it.

After she played for awhile we left out cookies and milk for Santa and forced her off to bed. Thankfully we had the google NORAD Santa tracker up so we could threaten her with the "oh Santa is in so-in-so, better hurry to bed before he gets over here!" :)

Amazingly she did fall asleep pretty quickly.
