I'm working late tonight. Jerusha just called me to let me know that my daughter was looking around the house for me. She's used to Mommy and I coming home at the same time...after she greeted Mom, she kept looking for me.
So Jerusha puts her on the phone so she can hear my voice. I tell Belle, "Hi honey! Daddy will be home soon. I love you."I hear some muffled noise that I can't identify. Jerusha gets on the phone and tells me that sound was Belle giving the phone a kiss.
Awwwwww.
Okay, screw this. It's time for me to go home and be with my family.
