So Jerusha went back to work. It's just me and baby at home during the day now. I'm "Mr. Mom" now.Things I've discovered:
1.) Baby really likes the Pepsi One can. If she starts crying...just hold one over her head and she'll quiet down and squawk at it like it was a UFO flying above her.
2.) You have to learn to do everything with one arm, cause baby is usually in the other. Luckily for me, I've broken my arm in the past...so I'm sort of used to this.
3.) Baby really likes A-ha. The only music she responds to right now is anything by A-ha and the theme from Monsters Inc. Go figure.
4.) Nothing is better on this Earth than holding your baby and kissing the back of her neck. My God...it's amazing. If they could bottle this feeling up and sell it...people would be lining up around the block, money in hand.
5.) No matter how hard I try...my nipples do not produce milk. Sorry Belle!
6.) I haven't done my hair once this week.
7.) Day-time TV SUCKS!!!!!!
8.) It's gonna be at least a year before I'm gonna be able to play video games with this kid. Right now she's barely bigger than the Xbox controller. Might be a year and a half before we can play chess.
9.) Baby poo isn't that bad anymore...I aint saying that I got a taste for it, but I'm not as scared by it as I used to be.
10.) Baby and Daddy miss Mommy a LOT.
